Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Develop a tolerable cigar program that includes building and maintaining a PAR stock aligned with guest selections and leveraging a cigar aficionado database.

• Guest Interaction: Assist visitors with cigar selections, offering complementary beverages to enhance their experience.
• Training & Development: Actively train team members on cigar inside, upselling, and pairing skills.
