Role Overview:
As a Waiter/Waitress at Rove Hotels, you are better than a team member—you are a Rove guide, delivering outstanding service to our Rovers (guests). This role involves providing excellent guest occasions and embodying the Roveprint while improving the overall dining adventure in line with our brand means.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain complete knowledge of F&B products, services, advertisements, and hotel policies.
• Warmly greet guests, assisting them with any requirements.
• Accurately record & process orders utilizing POS plans.
• Upsell menu items to improve guest experience and improve restaurant income.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient transmission of orders.
• Stick to safety and security protocols in daily functions.
• Show respect and integrity in all interactions with fellow Rovesters.

Qualifications & Experience:

• High School Diploma or a degree/diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a connected field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a global hotel or restaurant setting.

Job-Specific Skills:

• Developed customer service skills and a strong understanding of F&B offerings.
• Problem-solving and influential communication skills.
• Menu memorization and language proficiency are highly appreciated.
• Experience with cash handling is an advantage.
