Carry out all masonry works needed for the hotel and hotel beliefs, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship.

Job Responsibilities:

• 1. To carry out all given masonry jobs, providing the highest standards of workmanship and finishing in a timely manner.
• 2. To follow the preventative maintenance schedule as defined in the plan.
• 3. To be able to carry out all tasks/assignments in a timely way (meeting deadlines) carefully.
• 4. To look after all the tools provisioned by the hotel and accurately deposit them after finishing the shift.
• 5. To interact with all visitors and colleagues in a skilled manner at all times.
• 6. To clean all work areas after including the tasks properly.
• 7. To have a basic command of all other Engineering functions: carpentry, plumbing, masonry, electrical, painting, etc.
• 8. Strictly attaches to the hotel's Policy on Confidentiality and Ethics.
• 9. To carry out any other tasks and projects as demanded by the DOE.

Job Specification:

• Good Working Knowledge of Masonry
• Good Working Knowledge of Hotel Systems
• Good Working Knowledge of General Repairs &Maintenance( carpentry,plumbing,painting)
• Excellent Communication Skills
• High School Graduate, Diploma or Industry Based Certifications
• Minimum of 1-Year Incident in a Similar Capacity Within 5-Star Hotels
