Position Overview:
As the Health Club Receptionist at Azure Beach Club, you will be the foremost point of contact for guests calling the Health Club. Your role is crucial in making guests feel welcome and obtaining outstanding client service throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and hold guests upon arrival, writing them and issuing locker keys in conformity with departmental standards.
• Process all incoming and outgoing calls courteously and accurately.
• Assist health club guests with inquiries and perform cashiering duties as required.
• Collaborate with appropriate departments to fulfil visitor requests & requirements.
• Edit and maintain the repeat guest history system.
• Address visitor complaints and words tactfully and efficiently.
• Manage guests' emails and messages and maintain privacy and confidentiality.
• Monitor in-house credit matters and report differences.
• Maintain thorough details of all food & beverage services, outlets, and additional hotel features.
• Be well-versed in hotel fire, life safety, and emergency systems.
• Doctor briefings, meetings, and internship sessions as assigned by the administration.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of knowledge in a similar role within the Spa, Recreation, Fitness, or Hospitality industries.
• A diploma in Tourism or Hospitality Management is selected.
• Proficient English contact skills; knowledge of other languages and local idioms is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Adept in computer software applications.
• Ability to perform under stress with a positive and enthusiastic demeanour.
• Readiness to go the extra mile to ensure guest delight.
