Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first moment of contact for our visitors, accountable for creating a welcoming ambience and ensuring friction-free knowledge. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Matching guests in, issuing room keys, and providing details about hotel benefits and room locations.
  • Ensuring submission with local legislative provisions by verifying guest slip during check-in.
  • Answering phones promptly & courteously.
  • Upselling rooms to maximize hotel revenue.
  • Recording and processing guest submissions, messages, questions, or concerns.
  • Keeping guest choices in the design.
  • Checking guests out and addressing any late or disputed charges.
  • Processing all cash and credit card transactions according to designated procedures.
  • Handling guest safe promise boxes in line with hotel protocols.
  • Sharing the ultimate issues of outstanding guests to management for follow-up.
  • Taking appropriate action to resolve guest complaints utilising service recovery guidelines.
  • Adhering to hotel safety protocols and reporting any incidents or security concerns immediately.
  • Performing supplemental duties as assigned, including concierge kindnesses and special visitor requests.

What We Need From You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a suitable field.
  • 2-3 years of blowout or visitor service experience in a 5-star hotel.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A pleasant personality with excellent touch and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills.
  • The incident with Opera or affiliated hotel surveillance systems is aimed.
