Position Summary: Engineering and Maintenance This role is concentrated on responding to guest care requests, performing preventive care, and ensuring the security and functionality of all equipment. Duties include managing tools, inspecting and repairing kitchen and automated equipment, and addressing various maintenance tasks. This position needs basic knowledge of systems, including air movement, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and energy saving, with an emphasis on providing seamless service to guests.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Guest Service and Communication: Reply to guest demands & share any issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Preventive Maintenance: Regularly inspect, clean, and slick tools and supplies, handling maintenance inventory and petitions as required.
• General Repairs: Complete repairs in areas such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, ensuring all tasks are completed with minimal disturbance.
• Landscaping and External Maintenance: Keep both interior and exterior landscaping, including sprinkler systems.
• Safety Compliance : Follow all business policies for safety and protection, utilizing the Lockout/Tagout procedure and reporting any risks.
• Professionalism and Team Collaboration: Maintain a professional appearance and build positive relationships with team members to achieve collective goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Work Experience: Prior experience in general maintenance, surface preparation, and painting is advantageous, with a preference for hotel care venture.
• Certifications: ValDriver'sr's License is demanded.
