Position Overview:
As a Hostess at Azure Beach Club, you will be the first moment of contact for our visitors, providing a warm welcome and seamless background. Your role includes managing seating, reservations, and the waiting list while providing top-tier service that exceeds guests' anticipations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and escort them to just seating.
• Manage the waiting list and reservations.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Provide help to waitstaff and help set up for events.
• Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
• Hear briefings and maintain open contact with the team.
• Handle guest objections professionally to maintain dignity.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of knowledge in a similar role within a 5-star hotel or resort.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and basic computer skills.
• Customer-oriented with a warm and approachable demeanor.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and ability to handle pressure.
