Position Summary
As the Food & Beverage Manager at Rove Hotels, you will manage all aspects of food and drink operations, from restaurants to meal services. Your role will involve strategic planning, rate management, guest interaction, and economic oversight to deliver exceptional dining adventures, drive revenue, and ensure operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning and Innovation:

    • Recognize & leverage F&B trends to preserve Rove's competitiveness.
    • Develop strategies that improve brand positioning, drive footfall, and augment revenue through marketing and upgrades.
  • Operations Management:

    • Ensure smooth, compatible operations across all F&B openings, from workflow efficiency to service delivery.
    • Conduct regular grade checks on food presentation, taste, and service to exceed guest anticipations.
    • Uphold health and security regulations, including food handling, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance:

    • Execute and enforce traditional operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent service, food preparation, and exchange standards.
    • Stay updated on F&B industry manias and regulatory changes to support compliance and teach innovative conventions.
  • Financial Management:

    • Track daily gain, expenses, and cost percentages to manage costs, minimize waste, and boost earnings margins.
    • Analyze financial declarations to identify revenue growth chances through upselling, cross-selling, and new courtesies (e.g., catering).

  • Guest Relations and Feedback:

    • Engrossed with guests during their dining backgrounds, addressing considerations to ensure satisfaction.
    • Use feedback data to refine menu offerings, service rate, and overall guest incident.
  • Team Leadership and Development:

    • Recruit, train, and develop a skilled F&B team, fostering a cheerful and professional environment.
    • Maintain influential communication with team members via traditional meetings and feedback sessions.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Certifications: CFBE, HACCP, or IHRA are advantageous.
  • Experience: 5-8 years in progressive F&B management roles, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Expertise in F&B operations, food safety regulations, team leadership, and strong hospitality industry best practices.
