What will I be doing?

As a Chef De Partie - Main Kitchen for Conrad Dubai, will be answerable for performing the following tasks to the highest means:

• Ensure all food practice meets idols
• Prepare and present high-quality food
• Oversee and parade staff
• Keep all working areas hygienic and tidy and provide no cross-contamination
• Train all mise-en-place for all applicable menus
• Assist in cheerful outcomes from guest questions in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure food is of a good marker and stored perfectly
• Donate to controlling costs, improving insensitive profit margins, and other departmental and financial targets
• Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
• Assist the Head Chef/Sous Chef in the training of all staff in submission of company methods 
• Report care , hygiene, and hazard issues
• Comply with hotel guard, fire regulations, and all health and safety & food safety ruling
• Be environmentally aware
