Position Overview:
As a Bartender at The Radisson Dubai, Damac Hills, you will be part of a team that excels in expecting guests' needs and offering an elevated hospitality experience. You'll donate to creating special moments by ensuring soft bar functions, cooperating with your team, and taking ownership of each benefit interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide smooth operations to the Food & Beverage department by providing top-notch service to visitors.
• Reply promptly to guest inquiries, enriching their satisfaction and nicety.
• Take ownership of assigned duties, providing tasks are finalized professionally and on time.
• Donate to departmental goals and objectives, funding hotel initiatives and marks.
• Collaborate with the administration on cost control, merchandise, productivity, and version metrics.
• Foster practical working relationships, representing the company culture and values.
• Comply with all legislative provisions, following due expected and best methods.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hospitality knowledge in the UAE, especially in Food & Beverage service.
• Hands-on approach with a “Yes I Can!” work style.
• Love for hospitality and a commitment to premium guest service.
• Creativity & ownership in problem-solving.
• Blamelessness, strong contact skills, and ability with IT systems.
