• Salary: $6,228 per annum plus an average monthly service charge of USD 500 

Position Overview:
As a Barman at Kuramathi Maldives, you will be key in ensuring the bar is set up, fully stocked, and kept to resort standards. You'll craft drinks, serve with a smile, and engage guests, promoting everyday specials and creating a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and designed the bar, ensuring all items met cleanliness measures.
• Monitor stock levels and request collections as required.
• Prepare beverages and cocktails according to resort standards.
• Ensure all F&B items are accounted for with appropriate cashier slips.
• Maintain cleanliness of glassware and utensils.
• Encounter with guests, boosting specials and other beverages.
• Explain beverages and cocktails to guests.
• Clear tables of drinks and other service supplies as per resort means.
• Participate in practicum and development initiatives and help with the onboarding of new team fellows.

Qualifications:

• Prior background in a bar setting, ideally within a spa or hospitality setting.
• Strong contact skills and a personable, welcoming behavior.
• Awareness of detail, with a dedication to maintaining cleanliness and order.
• Ability to engage with visitors & promote positive, memorable knowledge.
• Readiness to participate in training and donate to team development.
